Aqua Flip-Up 02 Polarized Clip-On Lenses

Aqua Flip-Up 02 is a polarised flip-up attachment designed for use with prescription spectacles. The lenses can be raised when they are not required, without removing the carrier frame. By reducing glare reflected from water and other flat surfaces, the attachment improves contrast and can make subsurface detail easier to observe when water clarity and lighting conditions permit.

Every variant of this model uses lightweight Aqua PL polarised lenses made from flat TAC triacetate sheet with a scratch-resistant surface treatment. Aqua declares total UV protection for its fishing lenses. Yellow suits low light, dusk and shaded streams. Grey and brown help control excessive brightness in strong daylight, while copper supports contrast in mixed or overcast conditions. A pink lens option is also offered for anglers who prefer its colour rendition.

As this is an optical attachment rather than ordinary sunglasses, check the shape of your spectacle frame and the clip arrangement before choosing it; compatibility with every prescription frame cannot be assumed. Rinse away grit before wiping the lenses with a clean microfibre cloth, and keep the attachment in a protective case when not in use.
