Withdrawal from the agreement
If for any reason you are dissatisfied with the delivered goods, you can return them to us and we will refund your money. Goods purchased in our online store can be returned without giving reasons within 14 days from the date of receipt of the ordered goods, and the goods should be sent back within 14 days from the date of notification. We refund the money within 14 business days from the date of receipt of the shipment.

Polska - If the returned goods are of non-standard dimensions, it is possible for our courier to collect such goods at your expense - the cost of such a service is on average 40% higher than you paid for delivery and may depend on the specific country and current fuel prices. If such a situation occurs, please contact us to determine the specific amount.
- Refund for returned goods: If you return the entire order, we will refund all the money received from you - i.e. for the goods and the cost of delivery from us to you if the delivery of the goods was paid. If the return concerns one or part of the goods from the delivered order, you will be refunded the full amount for the returned goods plus the difference between the delivery costs that you would have incurred by placing an order without the returned goods. The money will be refunded in the same way you made the payment, unless you agree with the store a different method of refund. In case of transfer and cash on delivery, please provide your bank account. The returned goods cannot bear traces of use, i.e. they cannot have any traces of use beyond a simple inspection of the goods (e.g. as would occur in a stationary store during purchase).
