Aqua River Polarized Fishing Sunglasses
Aqua River is a medium-large, rectangular wraparound model designed to provide useful coverage from light entering at the sides. Its matt-black TR90 nylon frame weighs 25 g, while hypoallergenic rubber details at the nose and temple tips help the glasses remain settled during active use. The polarised lenses reduce glare reflected from water and other flat surfaces, improving contrast and making subsurface detail easier to assess when water clarity and lighting allow.
The PL options use lightweight TAC lenses with a scratch-resistant surface treatment. Yellow is suited to low light, shaded streams and dusk, while grey and brown control excessive brightness in full sun. Blue- and gold-mirrored versions are intended for prolonged exposure to very bright conditions; the colour refers to the mirror coating. The Amber Polarchromic option combines polarisation with a photochromic lens that changes transmission with light. Aqua states that maximum light absorption is reached after 30 seconds in sunlight. These Aqua fishing lenses are also declared to provide total UV protection.
