Bristol Hopper Pale Olive

Bristol Hopper Pale Olive is a lake-dwelling surface fly suggestive of a grasshopper and other terrestrial insects. It is suited to occasions when trout are taking food from the surface, especially close to vegetation or on lightly rippled water.

Allow it to drift freely, occasionally bringing it to life with a short retrieve. The pale olive version is suited to clear water. Barbless hook, size #10.
