FFGene Tungsten Anodized Slotted Beads

FFGene Tungsten Anodized Slotted Beads are slotted tungsten beads for fly construction when a central hole makes it difficult to pass the bead over the hook. They add front-end weight to nymphs and streamers, while the anodized finish provides a coloured surface accent.

Construction and use

The slot lets the bead be placed over the shank and makes it easier to pass the bead around the hook bend, especially on jig hooks. Tungsten creates compact ballast at the head of the fly. Before mounting, match the bead size to the eye, shank and bend of the particular hook; also check that the slot closes around the shank and allows the bead to seat securely. Check compatibility on the selected hook model.
