Hackle Wings Black Sedge

Hackle Wings Black Sedge is a dry fly imitating an adult dark caddis. Choose it during a caddis hatch, when trout and grayling are taking insects from the surface, particularly in current, along the edges of faster water and in quieter runs.

Fish it on a dead drift. Size #10 suits larger insects, while #16 is appropriate when fish are feeding on smaller insects. Tied on a barbless hook.
