Hanak Competition H 550 BL Fly Hooks
Hanak Competition H 550 BL is a barbless Allround Long hook with an extended shank, extra-wide gape, straight eye and inward-bent point. The black nickel finish suits many dark and natural fly patterns.
Design and use
The extended shank provides tying room for a longer body, segmentation and an even distribution of materials, while the extra-wide gape maintains a spacious profile. The straight eye simplifies the start of the dressing; the inward-bent point calls for a clear area ahead of it. Choose this model for general flies with elongated proportions and fuller silhouettes. The barbless form supports quick release and requires steady contact during the fight.
