Hareline Chockletts Body Wrap

Hareline Chockletts Body Wrap is a soft, wide strip for forming streamer bodies, baitfish profiles and saltwater fly patterns. The material is bound along both edges, so it creates a full body that can be shaped with scissors after winding. Its continuous surface also makes it suitable for building larger body sections.

Construction and use

Cut away one edge before tying in to expose the side used for attachment. Secure that edge on the hook shank or the appropriate part of a streamer, then wind the strip in close, touching turns. Keep the material aligned as you work and trim the fibres after winding to establish the desired body profile. The strip may be used for a continuous body or for separate, clearly defined segments.
