Hareline Magnum Rabbit Strips

Hareline Magnum Rabbit Strips are broad rabbit fur strips, intended for large streamers, zonkers and freshwater or saltwater flies. The Magnum cut creates a full profile, while the soft hair moves during the retrieve.

Construction and use

Choose the strip length and width to match the hook and the planned volume of the pattern. Run the strip lengthwise along the shank as a wing, tail or back and secure the hide at carefully chosen points.

• Material: soft rabbit fur.
• Form: ready-made zonker strip, cut along the hide.
• Cut: broad Magnum cut for larger fly sizes.
• Mounting: run the strip lengthwise and secure the hide at selected points.
