Hareline Trilobal Antron Chenille Large

Hareline Trilobal Antron Chenille Large is chenille with a large profile, made with reflective Trilobal Antron fibres. It builds broad bodies and bulky streamers when a full surface with pronounced fibre sheen is required.

Construction and use

Before tying in, expose a short section of the core by clearing the fibres at the starting point. Secure the core on the hook shank, then wind the chenille in adjacent turns. Sweep the fibres back before each turn so they are not trapped beneath the next wrap and the body keeps an even diameter. The Large size is selected for large streamers and broad bodies. Spacing the turns can help create a taper, but avoid compressing the material excessively, as this reduces its fibrous surface.
