Hedron Holographic Flashabou

Hedron Holographic Flashabou consists of flat synthetic reflective strands with a holographic finish. The smooth surface produces a changing, multi-point reflection as the fly moves or turns, adding a distinct flash to streamer patterns. A few strands can provide a restrained accent, while a larger bundle can form an outer wing layer or a bright lateral detail suggesting the side line of a baitfish.

Construction and use

Cut the loose strands to length and secure them in small bundles on the hook shank. Tie them in at the head or in front of the wing, then separate the strands and trim them to match the intended profile. Use only a few fibres for a subtle glint, or build a broader layer for stronger reflection. Avoid overcrowding the tie-in point so the flat strands remain mobile in the water.
