Loon D-Loop Tweezer
Loon D-Loop Tweezer is an oversized fly-tying tweezer designed for preparing and transferring materials arranged for dubbing loops and composite loops. It gathers layered dubbing, hair, feathers or synthetic accents and keeps them together while they are positioned inside a loop. Its applications include building custom collars on Intruder-style flies and holding prepared materials for dubbing brushes.
The smooth tips can also pick up hooks and beads in almost all sizes. A distinctive Z-shaped profile allows the tweezer to rest on the bench while retaining the prepared layer, helping preserve its arrangement before the next tying step. The tool measures 7.25 in / 18.4 cm and functions as a material holder; it does not replace a dubbing spinner.
