Loon Ergo Dubbing Pick
Loon Ergo Dubbing Pick is a focused tool for teasing out dubbing fibres trapped in the body of a finished fly or a pattern still in the vise. Instead of a broad brush, it uses a compact head with multiple fine points, allowing the tier to work on a selected section and loosen the material gradually. This helps create a more irregular, buggy surface texture without rebuilding the dubbed body.
The open, ergonomically shaped handle provides a comfortable grip and supports controlled, short movements at the bench. Its powder-coated finish protects the handle surface during normal use. This tool is intended to lift and separate fibres that have already been wound into the fly; it does not form a dubbing loop or replace a dubbing spinner. The effect can be adjusted by making a few light passes rather than pulling aggressively through the material.
