No Hackle Heron is a delicate dry fly imitating a mayfly, intended for trout and grayling feeding selectively. Use it on calm glides, slower currents and during subtle hatches of small mayflies when a delicate presentation is needed.

Fish it on the longest practical leader, allowing it to drift completely naturally. The barbless hook makes releasing the fish easier.
