Outcast Fish Cat 4 Deluxe-LCS is a U-shaped float tube intended for recreational fly fishing on stillwaters such as lakes, ponds and reservoirs. Its hull shape supports straightforward propulsion and direction changes with fins, while the high seating position keeps more of the angler above the water. In practical terms, this provides a more elevated casting position and reduces how deeply the legs sit in the water when working bays, weed margins or open-water features.
The defining Deluxe feature is its inflatable seat and inflatable backrest. They provide support over a longer fishing session, then deflate to reduce packed bulk. This is the principal difference from the foam-seat Fish Cat 4-LCS: foam needs no inflation, whereas the Deluxe arrangement stores in a more compact form. Its seat and backrest must be inflated correctly before launching, but once set up they retain the raised fishing position associated with this Fish Cat design. The choice is therefore about packing convenience and preparation rather than one version being universally preferable.
Large cargo pockets keep fly boxes, leaders and other frequently used tackle within easy reach, reducing the need to interrupt fishing whenever a change is required. The stripping apron provides a working surface for loose fly line, helping to keep it away from the water and fins during casting and retrieves.
