Partridge 15BN Klinkhamer Fly Hooks

Partridge 15BN Klinkhamer is designed for tying Klinkhamer nymphs, the pattern created by Hans van Klinken. It is also suitable for many emerger and buzzer patterns. The hook is intended for flies where the body transitions into an elevated section representing an insect emerging through the surface.

Design and use

When tying a Klinkhamer, plan the body and the defining transition to the wing or emerger post while keeping the point clear. The same pattern concept can be used for buzzer and other emerging-insect imitations. Select the hook size according to the target insect and the intended imitation size. The hook has a black nickel finish.
