Stonfo Dubbing Twister #469 is a compact revolving dubbing tool designed for use with a conventional loop formed from tying thread. The model is distinguished by its very small dimensions and straightforward construction with two resilient wire arms mounted so that they can move. Once the loop is hooked onto the arms, they keep its sides apart, making it easier to arrange dubbing or other fibres between the strands of thread.

A gentle pull brings the arms together and closes the loop around the material. The metal body can then be spun with the fingers to twist the thread and fibres into a compact dubbing strand ready to wrap around the hook shank. The mass of the body helps maintain rotation, while the movable arm mounting reduces the risk of the wires being bent out of shape during use.
