Stonfo Fly Patch
Stonfo Fly Patch provides a compact, accessible place for keeping prepared patterns and recently used flies while fishing. Attached to a fly vest, bag or another suitable part of your kit, it keeps frequently selected flies close at hand and reduces the need to open a fly box whenever a change is required.
The patch uses soft, high-density ripple foam, with a shaped surface designed to receive and retain hooks conveniently. Its construction is also suitable for barbless hooks. Measuring 80 × 48 mm, the foam section offers useful working space without taking up excessive room on a vest. A safety pin on the back provides a straightforward method of attachment to clothing or equipment.
It is particularly useful when changing a wet fly, as the removed pattern can be kept apart from dry contents until it is ready to return to a closed box. After fishing, remove all flies and allow both the patterns and patch to dry thoroughly. Any dirt can be cleaned away gently, and the safety-pin fastening should be checked periodically for secure closure.
