Sybai Articulation Beads - 6mm

Sybai Articulation Beads - 6mm are hard plastic spacers for articulated predator flies. They create separation at the joint and help position the rear hook within a multi-section fly.

Construction and use

Thread a bead onto the connecting wire or place it between hook sections, according to the construction of the pattern. The hole guides the linking element while the rigid plastic maintains spacing between the fly sections. Before tying, check that the hole size and the chosen way of routing the wire suit the hook eye and bend. Leave enough freedom at the joint for the rear section to move without unnecessary friction, while keeping the connection controlled and secure.
