Sybai Chenille Vibrant 15 mm

Sybai Chenille Vibrant 15 mm is a long-fibre chenille with a reflective finish. It is used to build broad bodies on streamers, saltwater flies and larger patterns where the fibres add movement to the profile.

Construction and use

Expose a short section of the core, move the fibres aside and secure the material to the hook shank. Wind it in adjacent turns, sweeping the fibres back before each turn. Closer turns create a fuller body, while slightly more open turns leave a more mobile profile. Expose the core again at the front before securing and trimming the chenille.
