Sybai Fine Diamond Dubbing
Sybai Fine Diamond Dubbing is a fine-diameter synthetic material with a Flashabou-textured fibre structure. It is designed for quick body formation while adding a clear, reflective sparkle to the fly. The defining feature of this version is its bronze glow, which gives the finished body a warmer character than a purely silver flash. The fine fibres also make it practical for blending when you want to moderate the shine or alter the body profile.
Construction and use
Use it for shiny saltwater flies, streamers, nymphs and wet flies where speed and a bright surface matter. Work a small amount directly onto the thread for slim bodies, or combine it with another dubbing to change the density and outline. For fuller bodies, a dubbing loop gives the fibres a secure grip and helps distribute them evenly. Keep the wraps close and controlled so the reflective texture remains visible rather than buried.
