T.B. Pheasant Tail CDC Hackle Jig
T.B. Pheasant Tail CDC Hackle Jig is a tungsten-beaded jig nymph from the Pheasant Tail family. The classic Pheasant Tail Nymph was developed by English river keeper Frank Sawyer for the Hampshire Avon. CDC in the name refers to the use of feathers from around the preen gland.
The tungsten bead quickly takes the nymph down to the riverbed. Fish it short-line style or under an indicator, maintaining a natural dead drift. Intended for trout and grayling, on a barbless hook.
