1. Cleaning after use
Allow the clothing to dry after use. Gently remove fresh soiling with a product suitable for the material and colour, without vigorous scrubbing. Do not leave a damp sweatshirt in a closed bag.
2. Preparing for washing
Empty the pockets, fasten the zips and turn the clothing inside out if its construction allows this. Wash with similar colours. Protect embroidery and decorations from rubbing against sharp items and exposed hook-and-loop fasteners; use a suitable laundry bag if necessary.
3. Washing
Follow the washing method, temperature and spin instructions on the care label. Use a mild product suitable for the cotton and polyester blend. Do not use bleach. Rinse out the detergent thoroughly and do not stretch wet knitwear.
4. Drying
Reshape the clothing naturally and air-dry it in a well-ventilated place, in the shade. Support a heavy, wet sweatshirt so that it does not stretch under its own weight. Avoid radiators and hot air. Tumble-dry only according to the care label.
5. Embroidery, prints and ironing
Do not scrub embroidery or pull out loose threads. If the model has a print, protect it from direct contact with the iron. Iron according to the care label, preferably on the reverse side or through a suitable protective cloth, avoiding zips and decorations.
6. Storage
Store the clothing clean and completely dry, loosely folded in a cool, well-ventilated place. Do not seal a damp sweatshirt in a bag. Avoid hot cars, sources of heat and prolonged exposure to sunlight.
7. Inspection and repairs
Check the seams, ribbed sections, zips and embroidery. Secure loose threads, and repair minor abrasions and damage before they become larger. Do not pull snags by force. Use materials suitable for the type of garment and the part being repaired, or use a professional repair service.
