Taimen Merino Hoodie
100 % Merino wool
1. Airing after use
After use, air the garment and allow it to dry. Wash it when soiling or hygiene requires it. Do not leave damp knitwear in a closed bag.
2. Preparation
Check the care label and turn the garment inside out if the construction allows. Remove fresh soiling gently, without scrubbing. Choose a mild detergent intended for wool; do not use bleach or enzymatic detergents unsuitable for wool.
3. Hand washing
This model requires hand washing. Wash gently in lukewarm water, following the temperature stated on the care label. Do not rub, wring or stretch the fabric. Gently rinse out any remaining detergent, avoiding sudden changes in water temperature.
4. Flat drying
Gently press out excess water in a towel. Lay the knitwear flat and reshape it naturally. Dry it in a well-ventilated place, in the shade, away from radiators and hot air. Do not hang heavy, wet knitwear, as it may stretch.
5. Surface care
Remove pilling gently with a tool intended for wool knitwear. Do not pull out fibres or snagged loops. Use a tumble dryer and iron only if permitted by the care label, and follow the stated settings.
6. Storage
Store the garment clean, completely dry and loosely folded, with moth protection suitable for textiles. Avoid dampness, hot cars and sources of heat. Long-term storage on a hanger may distort the knitwear.
7. Inspection and repairs
Check the seams, loops and areas exposed to abrasion. Repair small holes and loose joins before they become larger. Do not wait until the fabric tears. Use materials suitable for the type of garment and the part being repaired, or use a professional repair service.
