STX - not only for beginners. When designing the STX series we were driven by the idea to create a fly rod with excellent parameters at a moderate price. We used a medium modulus graphite to construct the blank, ensuring unusual durability and a bit slower medium fast action. It shall be emphasised that the action of STX series rods is faster than in the case of the majority of modern fishing rods described as fly rods with a medium action.
Although STX series is mainly intended for beginners in fly fishing, more experienced anglers will certainly appreciate it too if they are looking for a fishing rod with a bit slower action and a good finish at a good value.
