Tarantula Legs Tan Hopper

Tarantula Legs Tan Hopper is a foam terrestrial dry fly in a grasshopper style, presented on the surface. Choose it when wind knocks insects from tall vegetation, meadows and overhanging branches, especially near an undercut bank.

Present it on a dead drift to trout, grayling, chub and ide feeding close to the bank. The foam keeps the fly on the water, while the barbless hook makes releasing the fish easier.
