Temple Dog Black/Yellow Double Salmon

Temple Dog Black/Yellow Double Salmon is a Temple Dog-style salmon fly tied on a double hook. The contrast between black and yellow gives the pattern a strong presence in slightly coloured water, overcast conditions and the current.

Fish it across and downstream, controlling depth with the leader length and rate of descent. Cover channels, the edges of fast water and resting places used by migrating salmon.
