Textreme Brill UV Lg

Textreme Brill UV Lg is a thicker core-based chenille with added UV-reactive fibres. It forms a broad, full body for streamers, nymphs and larger flies. The Lg size suits patterns that require a fuller body profile.

Construction and use

Before tying in, expose a short section of the core and secure it to the hook shank. Wrap the chenille in adjacent turns, sweeping the fibres back before each turn so that they are not trapped beneath the next wrap. The UV-reactive fibres are a distinctive part of the material’s finish. Body width can be adjusted through the number and spacing of the wraps.
