Textreme Power Thread Large (150 Den.)

Textreme Power Thread Lg (150 Den.) is a strong technical-polymer tying thread with a calibrated twist. It is designed to lie flat and smooth, helping to secure bulky materials with an even build-up. The Large version is intended for large streamers, pike flies and dressings that use substantial materials. The spool contains 100 m of 150 Den thread with a stated breaking strain of 5.60 kg.

Construction and use

The calibrated twist supports flat, smooth wraps, while the polymer surface is slippery. Maintain careful bobbin tension and use a ceramic-tip bobbin while tying. Cyanoacrylate may be applied before key tying stages in accordance with the manufacturer’s recommendation. Use even wraps when securing thick bundles and other bulky materials.
