Textreme Pure Wool (300 Den.) Body Thread
Textreme Pure Wool 300 Den. is a thin thread made from pure wool for forming fly bodies. It can be used on its own or combined with natural and synthetic materials, either as the main body material or as part of a layered body. The wool surface gives the wound body a recognisable fibrous appearance and suits flies intended to fish below the surface, including nymphs. Body thickness can be controlled by changing the number of turns, so keep the thread moving evenly from the rear towards the front. When finishing, avoid crowding the final turns: lock the thread with several turns of tying thread before trimming the waste.
Construction and use
This is a single body-building material supplied on a spool. Its thin format can create a slim profile or build thickness progressively. Combined with other materials, it allows the tier to adjust the appearance of a particular pattern without assigning properties that are not established by its construction.

- Applications: bodies for submerged flies and nymphs, used alone or with natural and synthetic materials.
